Check out my tutorials for paper printing- it's the same theory as printing on wood. Off-set printing basically.

Hello,
My new project is to screen print a sign on a flat piece of wood. I have a very cute POS for my Perfumes and want to top it off with lovely screen printed signage, not too complicated, 2-3 colors but can anyone point me in the right direction please or give me any tips! Thanks in advance

Did the place you buy it from not say what the mesh count is? I heard of taking a magnifying glass and counting the threads per inch to figure it out but really, that sounds tedious. Best to test your image. If the lines shoot well then it is high enough. That being said the normal mesh count is only 110 or 160 which may not be high enough.

HI! I am a Art and Design student at University of Michigan! I am attempting to do a photo emulsion with a very delicate drawing. I need to find a silkscreen that has a very high mess count so it can pick up the small line work! I am very confused to where or how to find out if the screen I purchase online has a high mesh thread count. PLEASE help me!

I have a feeling that you are likely printing on-contact not off-contact like you need to when you print paper. Make sure your design is at least two inches from the inside edges of the frame and tape small squares of cardboard under the four corners of your screen.
